Supports up to four USB 2.0 devices. All USB peripherals function as if they’re attached directly to the CPU.

Receiver features USB virtual media (VM) support for USB 2.0 CD-ROM drives, hard drives, and other USB peripherals.

Supports resolutions up to 1280 x 1024 at 60 Hz.

Displays 24-bit, 60-fps color video.

Compatible with Windows®, Redhat Linux, Sun Solaris®, and Mac operating systems.

CD-quality sound for robust audio extension.

Can also be used in a point-to-point wired configuration with a maximum distance of 328 feet (100 m) between your CPU and KVM workstation.

Using the extender’s password-protected serial interface menu, you can configure network connections, change video settings, perform flash upgrades, configure hotkeys, and more.

To enable matrix switching, control, and authentication capabilities, add the optional ServSwitch DTX Control Appliance (DTX5000-CTL) to your DTX application.

If no USB connection is made to the PC’s USB port, add an optional power supply (DTX5000-PS).

Receivers can be mounted to the back of a flat-panel monitor or to a flat surface with the optional plate (DTX5000-MMK).

Dual-head kit and single-head DTX extender kit are also available.
